Michael’s extensive experience has saw him managing and turning around customers and teams by leveraging and utilizing available resources and relations and concurrently using influencing skills to persuade all parties to work toward common goals.
Michael has further conducted more than 10 Miller Heiman Strategic and Conceptual Selling Classes across Asia, having trained more than 100 sales individuals in Asia on selling skills comprising of negotiations, questioning techniques, objection handling and closing skills. He has also facilitated leadership programs for six countries where individuals attended classes on Strength Finders, Accountability, Setting Expectations and Motivation Techniques, just to name a few.
He went on to develop various sales induction programs and selling methodologies for sales teams in order to differentiate themselves from competition, resulting in a 5.5% revenue increase per individual against their set quotas.
Besides having a BA (Hons) in Marketing Management from Northumbria University, Michael is also a 6 Sigma Green Belt Certified Trainer and continues to further equip himself in terms of adult education. Michael’s professional demeanor, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills and unwavering work ethics makes him a trainer well sought-after.
