English is a universal language and besides playing a significant role in globalisation, it has become very essential and almost mandatory, in corporate communication. The image of an organization greatly rests onthe professionalism of its staff. Hence, it is crucial for staff to be proficient and fluent inthe English language. The power of expressing oneself with authority, sincerity and professionalism through proper vocabulary and positive body language goes a long way and can boostthe morale of staff and credibility ofthe organization. As like any other skill, communication requires practice. As such, have a hand at learning and practicing through fun and games during the duration of this role-play intensive program that aims to sharpen the speaking, listening and reading skills of participants.

Objectives & Methodology

This is an interactive and practical workshop where participants will be introduced to the basic spoken English skills including pronunciation, intonation, speed, volume etc required when speaking standard and proper English at work. The workshop constitutes role plays, discussions, activities, presentations and games and will be conducted in a fun and lively manner. Participants will leave the session feeling more confident and equipped with useful skills and tips that they can immediately apply on the job.
