We have all witnessed those restaurants that despite serving outstanding food had to close their doors when customers stopped coming, due to inept service. We have also experienced others that serve passable food but because of their warm, friendly and professional service, are still prospering today. This interactive program is especially for all Restaurant, Café and Hotel Managers who believe that the service a restaurant provides is at least as important as the food that it serves and that their Wait Staff need to be equipped with such vital Service Etiquette and skills.

Objectives & Methodology

This is a fun, knowledge-intensive and interactive workshop that goes beyond the core aspects of the duties of a server or wait staff. It focuses instead ontheservice delivery of wait staff and opportunities to go the extra mile and make the experience of the diner a far more enriching and memorable one.  Participants will be given the opportunity to role-play as actual wait staff serving all types of special needs’ ‘diners’ during the lunches and tea breaks that are included in this 2-day workshop.
